Review: The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry
Do not expect this book to blow your mind. No epic stories. No big heroes.
Just a simple man, the kind you or I could turn into. Dealing with his past in an unlikely way.
The first quarter of the book is ok, not spectacular or anything. But as Harold keeps on going and his past keeps on creeping up, his story grows on you. Last night I finished the second half of the book in one go. I just could not bear to put it away. I had to know how it ended. Because I knew, “this could be me.” Or a friend.
A must read!
